Coming Home with Elizabeth
Elizabeth is one of the rare people who grew up in Southern Pines and knows Moore County intimately. After a 22-year career in healthcare policy and energy law where she focused on providing high-level customer service and attention to detail, she returned to Moore County and is applying the same customer focus to buying and selling homes.
She is a graduate of Sweet Briar College where she majored in English and of Wake Forrest Law School. Her study of English and the law means she focuses on the details and can help clients understand the small print of real estate forms and negotiate solutions to problems that arise in real estate transactions. This background also helps her communicate complicated topics in terms that are easy to understand.
She went into the real estate business because she is passionate about helping people find the home of their dreams. Buying a home is one of the most important decisions one will ever make and it can be daunting. Selling a treasured home is also a process that can be challenging. Elizabeth strives to ensure that her clients understand the process, have a good experience, and get the results they want. She enjoys building long-lasting relationships that are based on trust.
When she is not selling real estate, Elizabeth enjoys tennis, walking with her husband, and looking at homes on the market in the area. In addition, she is also a committed volunteer at her church, the First Health of the Carolina’s Board, and the Southern Pines Garden Club.
